Apartamentul este într-o clădire de apartamente modern, frumos mobilat și bucătăria a fost bine echipată, am apreciat curățenia. Este self-check-in, ceea ce facilitează intrarea.

A fost o problemă cu cada, de fiecare dată, indiferent de durata dușului, se umplea toată baia de apă (poza atașată). Au chemat pe cineva, care a spus 'nu avem ce face, trebuie schimbat tot' - ceea ce sincer părea un scenariu pe care l-a mai repetat și inainte altor oaspeți. Deci întrebați când faceți rezervarea dacă s-a făcut reparația. De asemenea, am avut problemă cu centrala, s-a rezolvat până la urmă, însă e totuși neplăcut. În cazul în care doriți factura pe firmă, să știți că nu se face factură care să corespundă din punct de vedere contabil cerințelor - chiar dacă la rezervare scrie că se poate oferi factură.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood, close to Arenele Romane and some central spots. Good Italian restaurant in the building, overall good facilities with everything you need for a short stay

Not too many electrical outlets that are also placed not very comfortable. It was rather clean, but it was noticeable that furniture is not cleaned very often and carefully.

A wonderful place to stay! Great value for money. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged — everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a family of three and were very pleased. We’ll definitely come back again! Wishing you success and prosperity!

The Apartment has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, comfortable living room, washing machine…location is just 4 tram stops from the main square, tram station is located just 5 minutes walk from the building. Modern complex. Supermarket is nearby, McDonald’s and gas station also. Easy communication with a hosts. Good value for the money.

Everything was really nice and clean and it was so wonderful with good comfortable beds and sofa, nice kitchen and with all working and good functional amenities. Good location as well.

simple, freshly renovated, as usual, easy access and everything you need for relaxing, cooking and preparing for business meetings. There is a TV with many cable channels, we were also able to watch football.

The only thing we lacked was good soap or shampoo to make it available to visitors to the apartments.

Nice, comfortable apartment. Warm and cosy. Clean and fresh linen. Clean towels. Clean bathroom. There was everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. He let us leave the luggage while the cleaning was being finished. Very good location. A few good supermarkets are 5 minutes aways. Thank you.

A little bit more cleaning is required ; a carpet in the living room, the cups and glasses in the kitchen. The kitchen only needed a cutting board and a trash can.
