The location was great and there was parking nearby.

The chlorine in the hot tub was so strong our eyes were burning. We only stayed in 5-10 minutes. My swimsuit faded from a dark purple to a lighter purple with dark purple areas even though I washed it within 10 minutes of exiting the hot tub. I was also wondering why there were only sheets (no mattress covers) on the beds.

Location

The extra cost for hottub use which was very poorly displayed at time of booking. After paying extra £50 for hottub use to be told it was only to be used certain hours (not between 9pm and 8am) We were in town celebrating Halloween festivities, quite obviously wanted to use hottub later in evening. There was loud music coming from house located at left side entire night. Large bugs in entrance hallway, 4 in total

It was clean and modern

It is not advertised that you are unable to use the hot tub unless you pay a further 50, and even then you only get it between 8 and 9

Location was good and clean and tidy throughout

Couldn’t get WiFi to work but other than that nothing negative

The toilet flush is broken and toilets are too small. The pillows are of poor quality. There was a huge stain on the sofa. It needs to be renewed.
