What an absolute gem this is! Kate and Claire are superb hosts and have thought of everything and it really was an absolute pleasure to stay here. All home comforts on offer and such a quiet location with easy access to Brighton.The finer details were a treat...from the range of coffee and teas to choose from, to all the card/board games we enjoyed with our daughter. We will definitely return.

- very well equipped and designed room - very clean - very good communication with the owners - price was OK - very fast WIFI - nice view from the room - comforable beds

- remote from the city centre (30 minute wall) - the room is definitely not good for four people - not big enough - the beds are very narrow - max 1 adult and small child - paid overnight parking

Beautiful room in a lovely home. Amazing facilities, including a great ensuite with all the toiletries you could need. Some great board games and lots of tea and coffee options. The bed is really comfortable and the room was clean and well lit. The hosts, Kate and Claire are lovely and very helpful.

No complaints.
