Perfekte Lage ganz im Zentrum und Trubel, trotzdem sehr ruhig im Schlafzimmer! Ein sehr gut geschnittenes, sauberes und ausgestattetes Appartement.

Ich hätte mir (beim längeren Arbeiten am Computer) eine Raumtemperatur von 0.5°C mehr gewünscht. Eine manuelle Steuerung der Heizung war aber nicht möglich.

Location outstanding. It’s a modern building and place so in good shape and well kept. Right on main road smack in city but bedroom at back so quiet for sleeping. Air con good, thank heavens you need it! Perfect for a short stay for seeing Bologna sights.

A couple of proper chairs in sitting area would have been handy. Ones there are really all that useable. Bed comfortable enough for couple of days but pillows a little tired. Not a big issue just a comment.

Great location in the city centre between all the historical buildings, stores, restaurants and bars. The host is very attentive. Marella didn't leave any question without answer was very helpful and really kind. The space is comfortable and clean. A bit of noise from the street during the weekend nights but only on the living room. Plus you are in the middle of the city centre and this is something to be expected :) There is an elevator in the building and everything needed in the apartment like coffee machine, hot water pot, iron, hair dryer, etc. We spent most of the time outside but still the apartment was great! I can honestly recommend it.

Bathroom could use more detailed cleaning but it was ok.

Ideally located, lots of space and very clean. They supplied all the necessities. Wifi worked great. Would stay there again and again. Home away from home.
