ZAZAOnly the securities that were very friendly and 1 or 2 minutes to the beach,spar,good food areas and kwa Ace and Igagasi
The fact that the building was very scary,dirty and not what I expected. Lifts not working Leakage right by the entrance,very dangerous Noise from the tenants staying there 1 lift working,kids tenants playing with the lifts Our basin had no water Dirty and smelly dish cloths,dirty rusty towels,dirty thrower worse very filthy fan was even scared to switch it on. Broken toilet seat,leaking geyser,windows that can't open properly. To add cherry on top coachroaches yoh in the kitchen yoh no no no I think the health and safety inspectors need to visit the area The hygen part I don't wanna mention yoh I took lots of pictures but only allowed four to upload,sad.

The llift was not working we had walk the stairs up to the 12th floor, toilet sink was leaking we couldn't even use it, there was no stopper for the bath tub, no space in the kitchen and a very bad smell in the kitchen cardboard and cocroches
