Tasteful decor, all very new. Window ledge helpful to put cases on, given small room. Coffee machine a lovely addition and fridge. Lovely shower room. Short walk to seafront.

A bit small. No portable fan in the room. A bit too warm at night, a day before the heatwave. Can’t be helped but noisy seagulls right outside.

Tastefully decorated with a stylish yet comfortable feel, the space is both inviting and practical. The layout is well thought out, making it easy to relax and settle in. Its location is a real highlight—perfectly situated within easy walking distance of a great selection of restaurants, cafés, and local amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Would like to return in cooler weather.

We happened to arrive on an unusually hot day, which meant the room had warmed up quite a bit from the afternoon sun coming through the open blinds. While there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided to help circulate the air. As Scotland doesn’t often experience such heat, this felt like an exceptional situation. The windows do open slightly for ventilation, and although the street below can be lively at times, it also gives a sense of the local atmosphere.

Really good location, very modern and nicely decorated. We stayed here as my brother was getting married nearby and it was a perfect base for the wedding.

My only comment is that the window is onto a main road and the noise from the street was quite loud through the night. I had earplugs with me so put them in and managed to sleep okay but I think I’d have struggled without them.

Nice little room and central location. Lovely bathroom. Appreciated the tunnocks wafers.

There was no fresh milk in the fridge only 2 empty bottles. No decaf coffee or green teabags. Very noisy with guests coming home at early hours (stairs) Pillows very hard and too high (but thats personal) would be good to have 1 soft lower one.

Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem nur 5 mins entfernt vom Strand, sehr schöne und gemütlich möbliert. Schöne Sicht auf den Ort.

Ausstattung der Küche - Pfanne/Töpfe war nicht sonderlich üppig. Spielt aber nur eine Rolle wenn man wie wir länger oder aber mit mehr als 2 Personen dort wohnt.

The room & bathroom was spotless and good drawers in bathroom for storage. Shower hot and easy to use. Having windows that open is great too, heating controls very easy to operate and the heated towel rail means lovely warm towels. Its a good base to explore the area and parking bay is nearby. Can open windows for fresh air.

Lighting is dull especially in the bathroom and in the corner where the fridge and table are. The corridor where rooms are is echoing so when people come & go you can hear them clearly and loudly and get woken up. Cant hear noise between rooms though which is great.
