The Lakeside 55 Caravan 8 Bert with Hot Tub at Tattershall Lakes

These were not huge issues but worth feeding back I think: Broken cupboard door handle (kept falling off so kept having to refit and screw as best we could) Not much loo roll No iron or hairdryer Broken broom The property was definitely on the smaller side for us compared to others we have stayed in at this location Of the 2 twin rooms, 1 is for kiddies/little people with smaller beds Confusion over guest passes; what exactly they give you access to and the cost (note: onsite bars & restaurants are ONLY open to people with guest passes we were told by chaps working there - website search tells you they’re open to all/public but this is not the case) I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the jet ski Centre. Without going into too much detail, I basically got whiplash from being pulled along on an inflatable by a jet ski. I am not saying this to point a finger of blame merely to warn people. The response from the young male staff was “I am not responsible for the waves“. The whiplash was as a result of him suddenly jerking us in a different direction. We were also surprised that no first aider came to enquire or assess my condition and they were all very nonchalant about it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday lodge! The space was spotless and very tidy , with plenty of room to relax. The views were stunning , waking up to that scenary was a highlight. I d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The property is a big health and safety risk ! Fishing peg is damaged and not suitable for use absolute health and safety risk !! Garden is overgrown with bushes etc !! Keep clear

Perhaps extra bin bag, tin foil etc to be of extra help but didn’t diminish stay that’s just a personal preference.

Very disappointed with this stay , the main reason for booking this property was down to the hot tub. It turned out that the hot tub was empty and couldn’t be filled so was asked to come a day later instead even though i wouldn’t be in the area as we was having a one night stay travelling past tattershall so not ideal. I requested a refund as the property wasn’t as described and the property owner wouldn’t do a full refund so we had no choice but to stay. We arrived at the property and received a text message stating towels were not included and we had to provide our own this is a first for me, we stay out every weekend and have never been required to bring our own. The double bed had hair in so how the bedding could of been fresh is beyond me I would strongly recommend saving your money and not waisting it on tis over priced property and staying some at least £300 a night cheaper.
