Place is relatively new and has its own swimming pool, community pool and great views of the Lanzarote south east ridge. Car is helpful to have here, but if you need to walk you can reach some restaurants and shops in 10-15 min walk. Beds were comfortable, everything is functional in the home, etc.

Odor in laundry room, might be that washer needs to be properly cleaned from time to time.

Beautiful villa in a secure complex. We had our own pool and also used the larger shared pool - we were the only people at the large pool. Good location, although walk to marina is about 20 mins. This didn’t bother us though, but we did have to wait a long time for taxis a couple of evenings. We also hired a car and explored some other beaches and caves. Such an easy place to drive and there is a parking space with the villa. I would definitely visit here again.

Only thing I’d suggest is maybe adding some condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil etc to the kitchen.

Cozy furnished villa with heated outdoor pool. Quiet location, especially good for exploring the island by car. The owner Stan is very nice.

Beautiful spacious new villa with scenic view and heated pool. Very clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed our holiday. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. The pool and the terrace were cleaned during our stay after a sandstorm.

The villa is beautiful and has everything and more that you need, I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere as nice and chilled, Stan the owner is great and will help you with anything you need to know or want, he a top guy!!! Can’t wait to come back soon
