Wavecrest 1403 Holiday Apartment

The property looks exactly like what I saw online , the rooms are nice Inside

But the property doesn’t look nice outside , the are electrical cords showing out which is safety hazard , some lifts were not working but inside the rooms everything was perfect

Using the same linen for 5nights,no television, no air-conditioned, no stove

The cleanliness of the place only.

There was no cooking stove yet it's self-catering. Their shower was not working at all. Their taps are not working as they were supposed to be. Their elevators are small and not working, the ones that were working well were only from the 10th floor going downwards. We had to carry our big and heavy bags from the 14th floor down to the 10th just to get a working elevator. And the door to the balcony/beach view was locked and not working. Lastly, the property looked so scary on the outside, a group of drug addicts who often terrorize the community through criminal activities(alternatively amaphara) were leaning on the outside walls of the property, we were intimidated by their looks as we were getting into the property. We even got scared when we got out of the property just to go get ourselves food at nearest restaurants.

The lift was not working from Friday till Tuesday morning. There is no Wi-fi and Television. Doors are not user friendly/safe.

Just the convenience, it's close to everything

The elevator was not working properly from my floor, the place looks dodgy outside, no tv, no WiFi...I didn't feel safe, people smoke dagga inside the elevator, was the worst experience.
