NZGBThe house was very clean, comfortable and homely. Great facilities (dishwasher, washing machine etc). 2 large showers. WiFi and Netflix access. Had everything we needed. Very close to Cardiff Bay and only 25 walk into the city centre. Free parking. We loved everything about our stay.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t great on the TV so we connected our personal hotspot, but this wasn’t a big issue for us. Everything else was perfect!

GBGBThe house itself was in a decent location , and the amenities were okay in the house too! The hosts were quick to reply and seem like good people. Lovely decor, good quality furniture.
Unfortunately I’m not sure if they have cleaners in or clean it themselves but the house was very dirty , grease marks on the cooker, hair in the bed on the pillow case which indicates they don’t get changed per guest which gives me the ick a bit, hair on the coffee machine, bits on the carpet and all the floors to be honest i wore my shoes the whole time as I didn’t want to walk around in socks, also went to use some of the water from the water filter in the fridge to find it covered in mould. I also think there is a bad damp problem as I could smell damp the whole time throughout the whole house (i’m familiar with it) and have woke up with a very sore throat. I had my stay at a slightly discounted rate and i’m still unhappy that I even paid that and although the property is big and has good furniture to me personally I wouldn’t stay again because of the lack of cleanliness, which is very sad to say as I know they are trying to run a business. I don’t know if this was an over sight with my stay but i’m just speaking from my experience.
