Very clean, provides all appliances needed, awesome bed, free wi-fi, management is very nice Lily is awesome!

Nothing to dislike at all

Low cost not too far away.

The “management.” Aka the owner Lilly. Started our first interaction screaming at me in broken English through ring camera. Charged a $36 room cleaning fee and Lilly doesn’t wash the sheets!!! We found this out when another guest told us she was asked to make the bed when guests leave. I want to get a cup or coffee on my break as I take calls remotely. I found Lilly outside my door listening to me my wife talk. There were roaches and more roaches especially in the kitchen. Making dinner one night her oven caught on fire from being filthy. There were waterbugs on the walls in the shared bathroom and they fly at you! When I asked for a cleaning fee refund the manager who claims to not own the property says she can’t refund it because the owner will get mad. Later when I tried to rebook with split pay which was offered on the booking I got yelled at again through ring camera and called on my phone saying you need to leave my house before I call the cops. She lies about just about everything and talks down to us.

The owner is unfriendly She let me midnight on the street. The room should have had a private bathroom but it was with a shared bathroom I would like to have what I reserved she said that I must pay $100 more. I didn't accept and she threw me out at midnight. Booking.com no more ever never. That happened in the last 3 months twice.

There was no breakfast. The location was peaceful, close to my reason for the trip.

The smoke alarm kept beeping because the battery was low, i reported it but nothing was done during my stay. The hinge on the door to my room was coming off the wall and made closing the door difficult.
