Location is great. Just nearby to Harbour Bay Terminal and above Bayfront Mall, nearby the seaside restaurants.

Bedroom's vinyl flooring is peeling at some places Toilet floor is wet suspect due to leaking. Toilet water faucet is stained. Spotted 2x baby cockraoches during my 1 night stay.

"Lovina provides apartments. Locations there is good but as a guest there are things that really don’t work well. It look"

Locatin good

Actual apartment was cancelt by Lovina due to ongoing construction works so should never have been out for booking. Replacement apartment similar. But very poorly equipped. Old kitchen supplies, tables. 1st no wifi. Bed and bathroom bad maintenance. No provision of shampoo or shower gel. Cleaning needed to be called extra.

The Location.

There was no room access card and it cause trouble alot for me when I need to leave the apartment and return.Tv keep turn off by itself every 15mins not sure why.Please check your tv network.
