USThe location of the resort itself was great and views were fantasic. Everything was new and well appointed (although maybe a little too new in my building as there was no working interior lights in the hallways and there was some construction noise until the early evening.) This would have been a great location to spend a few days.
I specifically booked a first floor room (I -104) so I would not have to haul luggage up the steps. Upon arrival, I was notified my accomodation had been changed to another building. Thank goodness, the person bringing me the key took my luggage up the stairs for me although I did have to take it down by myself the next morning. Also, once alone, I was climbing stairs in the dark until I could find the light switches. This was very unsettling because there were not many people in this building. If something had happened to me in the dark, no one would have known for quite some time. A major concern was there was no AC (expected) but there was no fan (very unexpected and very concerning considering the curtains were all open and the sun was beating down). I was very, very uncomfortable with no way to cool off until the sun went down. Opening the windows only made it worse as the air was still with no breeze whatsoever. Thank goodness, the person who brought me the key later brought me a fan from somewhere (I suspect he went and purchased it) and the rooms were bearable.
