"Cleaning fee is ridiculous. Apt not clean. Upkeep needed. Picture of unit isn’t even in unit."

$150 cleaning fee for a 350 sq ft apt is ridiculous. Blood smeared on wall, splatters on walls, hairs on wall & window frame, excessive dust & spots on walls, etc. Black spotting around vents. Flooring around bed felt like I would fall thru with visible dip in floor. I left with a sinus infection. Apt is on second floor only accessible thru stairwell at rear of home. Complained to management company & they say it clearly states in listing about stairs but my wife & I read & reread the listing several times & there is no mention of the stairwells. I have pics of everything mentioned. The listing should clarify that this is the upstairs of a home that someone split into 2 apartments. Be upfront about what it is, reduce cleaning fee & actually clean it & it would have been an acceptable stay.
