That the owner violently tossed my luggage because he was angry that during the previous stay he decided to call the cops because his staff refused to help me carry my luggage downstairs while still recovering from an injured tendon. Don't give this man your money. He should be retired and seeking mental health support and not involved in the management if the facility. The manager is great though and is a very reasonable person. He shouldn't have to deal with a traumatised owner telling him how to run his business.
