Không gian yên tĩnh, không khí trong lành, tất cả nhân viên điều niềm nở thân thiện. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, tiện nghi đầy đủ, sang trọng, rất phù hợp cho gia đình đến nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn.

Đồ ăn sáng chưa phong phú đúng tầm. Thường thì các KS 5 sao có người phục vụ pha đồ uống, chiên xào giúp khách những món sống... Vì lần đầu đến đây nên tôi đã nhầm quầy bar trong nhà hàng là quầy pha đồ uống cho khách ăn sáng nên đến xin 1 ly cà phê. Chuyện cũng chả có gì nhưng sẽ hay hơn nếu bạn nữ nhân viên đứng quầy có cách trả lời tế nhị hơn.
