Location and cool apartment-

No one to contact. Contact nr provided does not work, or on voicemail or host is very rude. Then email is sent regarding drop off at keys which is at a whole different location. Terrible reception and departure service.

Aesthetically pleasing

They cleaned the property literally hours before we came in

I didn't order breakfast. The location was good.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready to receive guests upon arrival. It had not been cleaned, and I had to request the receptionist to have it prepared. Additionally, the check-in time is quite late. It would have been much more convenient if check-in were available from 12:00 PM. It would also be helpful if adaptors were available for guests to borrow during their stay, as this is a common need for international travelers.

No aircon, bedding was dirty...... I felt sick after leaving the place..insects were visible ... The other people living in the building made noise until 2:00am - 3:00am in the morning... loud music and closing and banging their doors A bad experience
