Payed for cleaning service and didn't get it. Gone all day came back to room around 4pm and no one had come to clean our room give us clean towels change the sheets.
USSuite was on 4th floor at the end of the hall so it was very quiet and had a great view of the forest. Microwave, coffee maker and minifrig were appreciated as well as the very comfortable bed. There are many trails for walking and biking in beautiful mountain scenery. The lobby has huge windows that show off the amazing mountain view. The snack bar/espresso was very handy. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be back.

USUSExcellent location and value for the Cle Elum area. Very nice room with comfortable beds. Clean, and felt more at ease than staying in town. Pet friendly a big plus.
