The room was in the annex which was lovely and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is extremely narrow and the shower very small with poor water pressure. The breakfast was from a limited choice in food and hours served, but it was what I expected for what I paid.

Great location and super breakfast.

Good location walking distance from the train station and old town. It was clean, the wifi worked well, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good.

It’s expensive for what it is. The room was very warm and there was no fan . Low water flow in the shower. The pillows and linen are old. There was nobody on site for me to check in - I had to call and be talked through it over the phone.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was large and comfortable. Hosts were extremely accommodating and it was a really short walk into York city centre.

Cleanliness of the room. The owner/staff were friendly.

We booked two rooms but can only use one room. The single room was in the alley way. You need to pass a dirty , old and a dusty passage to the room. The room itself was clean but so tiny. Have to walk side way to get through. It shouldn’t be rented out.
