Although there is not much around the condo but as I needed to work from SPICE, it is a convenient distance to us. It is a short drive to SPICE Arena where shows and concerts are held. Like the seaview overseeing Penang Bridge, overall, it's a comfortable stay away from the hustle bustle of Penang island.

There's only one set of key given. We had 7 of us in one 3-bedroom unit and it's really inconvenient for us to plan the key's caretaker as we needed to be in & out at different hours throughout out business trip.

The scenery is intoxicating especially sunrise and sunset.

The only problem is bed like didn't change bedsheet, some hair on the bed. Every bed happened, very uncomfortable.

Overall

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht. Host was behulpzaam maar reactie duurde wel langer dan wij gewend waren. We mochten eerder inchecken en later uitchecken wat erg fijn was. De gym en het zwembad zijn leuke faciliteiten bij het appartement.

Appartement is gedateerd en beperkt ingericht. Geen wifi bereik in de slaapkamers. De aircos koelden niet voldoende, vooral de woonkamer was warm. Wij vonden de bedden hard.
