First of all, the property is so secluded and tucked away in the busy burbs of Fourways/Lanseria/Roodeport side. So that was beautiful cause we felt we had found and bookeda true hidden gem. From the entrance property was beautiful spacious. The entrance to our apartment was beautiful, the landscape, the trees all was wonderful.

Nothing to complain about, can't wait for the bigger TV. And electric blankets would be an essential comfort.

The staff is very friendly and helpful when having special needs, patience and care runs In their blood. Room cleanliness (towels, floor, bathroom, bedroom and others) is 8/10, and the overall room and bedrooms are well prepared and beautiful. Kitchen well furnished

"Paid in full but they didn't allow me to stay there"

I did not get to stay here. After paying in full, I received their number and when I called, they declined to let me in for the night as they apparently didn't have a room available for me. Please refund me
