Phòng thiếu bảo trì, trong phòng vệ sinh ko sạch sẽ. Tôi trả phòng lúc 4h chìu sau 2 tiếng nhận phòng nhưng ko ở, tôi chỉ để 1 túi sách và đi ra ngoài, tôi hỏi có tính tiền theo giờ ko thì nhân viên đưa ra lý do như kiểu nói dối. Tốt nhất ko nên giải thích lý do ko đúng sự thật

Booking.com highlight a great breakfast, but when you book, there are not breakfast included, nothing shows: no breakfast and when you ask for breakfast the staff look at you like you did the mistake and never try to arrange anything. poor handling from booking and the staff of the hotel.
