AUhelpful staff i like the behavior of you Nhu and her teammates, when there is a problem she immediately asks for change and changes it, i say it's okay but you are very receptive to fix it. clean room, central location, i will come back if she still works here.
Breakfast was pretty bad, noisy with kids and neighbors

MYi think the hospitality of the staff is even if keep their customers, you guys are enthusiastic for us Nhu and Vy. the girls are very strong and quick, if you need comfort and warmth you should choose this place, the staff will show you enthusiasm without distinction. the room is cleaned every day and i like this cleanliness

IEGreat location, close to some lovely bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. Basic breakfast consisting of pho and some watermelon was provided. Amazing shower, one of the best we've had in SE Asia.
Room felt a little damp, and no AC/heating function. It wasn't clear when booking that there was no window to the outside in the room, we would never normally book such a room. The receptionist kindly facilitated us moving rooms. However, while the second room had a window, it looked out onto a brick wall. No daylight whatsoever.
