Had to pay at the pool entrance I thought it’s covers with the money we paid for property

The place is great

The agent (Lebo) i booked with was the worst. She contacted me for the 1st time on the check in date, to let me know of extra money to be paid. She went to KZN & left us with no one (resident) to help us get access to the Lagoon. Later on, after I called her multiple times, while waiting outside in the sun with my family, as we couldn't access the Lagoon, she then organized her friend to come in her place & get us access. Her friend arrived, driving like a mad woman & complaining about her friend. I was supposed to get the extra money back after 10 days, but she gave me after more than a month. Most horrible agent & ruined our stay.

Firstly when we came to check in at room 24 there were people drinking alcohol and smoking hubbly, we were 10 minutes earlier but still the rooms since had people, house keeper didn’t get a chance to clean it, Rooms towels and pillow cases had stains. Other toilet wasn’t working properly Couch stand was Brocken On my booking the breakfast was included but when we got there, there’s said they can’t provide the breakfast On our 2nd day we didn’t have power in that apartment in a way that we had to ask neighbours to prepare our clothes, imagine I couldn’t even prepare food and bottles for my toddler I’ve been to different hotels but it was for the first time experiencing such
