The house was clean, comfortable and we felt at home. We had everything we needed in the house and host ( Lebo ) was fantastic, she gave immediate response when we needed anything she is such a darling 🤗

The place was clean and very nice. Loved the aesthetic. The host was great, she gave us a tour of the apartment and the lagoon. Everything we needed we got it

The Wi-Fi was down 40.% of our stay

I liked the excellent service that our host gave as well as the the place was clean and beautiful.

After days of trying to get a hold of Time Oon Travel and Tour The Blyde ahead of our check in date , we were devastated to learn apon arrival at the venue that it was all a scam and the booking didn’t exist on their property. Disgusted is an understatement when it comes to how We feel about this whole ordeal. We trusted Booking.com with our hard earned money to provide us a service from reputable agencies but this was a very bad call. My kids and I were left stranded , disappointed and heartbroken .

We were only given 4 tissues for 3 nights and 4 days for 6 guests when I complained I was told that I should have called when we ran out of tissue, what if it ran out during the night who was going to bring it for us, more tissues should be given guests can't be expected to call for tissues. And it also showed that there's a private pool but there wasn't

The apartment, it was so clean n safety is 100%. Our host Lebo, she is so friendly , helpful and very very patient. I like her and I'm definitely coming back soon .
