Avoid this homestay management office at all costs – Win Home Management & Event. The owner, Win, displayed a truly unpleasant attitude. Initially, she questioned the purpose of my two consecutive stays for two separate guest groups, and her tone during our message and call were disrespectful. Despite instructing her to contact me for check-in details, her office reached out to my guests instead, leading to confusion. When I raised this issue, Win questioned why my guests weren't responding, despite my clear instructions to contact me directly. During check-out, she accused us of taking her towel, we denied and explained that we will never ever take the towel that everyone have used, it’s quite disgusting. And the quality of the towels are terrible. We were not aware of how many towels she provided as we did not count during check in and check out. She even lectured us, telling us to inform them the number of towels before collecting from their cleaner, after the cleaner sent us towels. She should have educate her staffs, not educate us, the one who paying for their service. I agreed to pay her but it doesn’t meant that we taken her towel but she non-stop accusing us taking her towel. And despite my willingness to pay and deduct from the deposit, she continued to send lengthy messages with a bad attitude and making strong statement that we have taken her towel and telling me to check out the cost of the towel from the store. The evidence she provided, cleaner-taken photos of the towels collected, is not valid. Refund processing has been extremely delayed, prompting me to involve booking.com customer service to intervene. The was she keep accusing us that we taken her towel making me sick, although I denied taking the towel but still willing to let her deduct my deposit. Please, steer clear of them.

"This organisation does not give good services, make all the guest felt unhappy."

There was nothing I like. No breakfast had provided. Location is difficult to find. Cleanliness is ok.

The host want us to pay a deposit of RM200 before they can give us the check-in info. I am Singaporean has no account in malaysia and yet they insist to have transfered payment, make us in difficultive to check-in and therefore we have to get friend in malaysia for help in this matter, eventhough we want to pay cash deposit they do not accept. After we check in, we notice the downstair toilet tap has spoilt flushing water out causes whole body wet and get the host to repair and they didn't want to come, giving reason is too late. This organisation has no staff to collect cash and return after check-out and no maintenance technician to repair any defect. Requested a set of majong, their majong short one card, therefore we cannot play with it.
