Sandy cottage, nr Eden & beaches

Well equipped kitchen - including tea, coffee & condiments, cosy living room with wood burner, comfy beds, great shower, only a few minutes’ drive from Eden project. Owner really good at communicating/responding to questions via messages and very thoughtfully provided some goodies and a lovely vase with roses for our arrival. Walking distance to Aldi. Cottage is part of a larger house, but no noise or interference from other people in the building.

In a residential/urban environment so no picturesque views as such, but we visited early spring so we didn’t need walking access to beach etc.

The cottage was very well presented, clean and tidy with comfy beds and a well equipt kitchen for self catering. The supermarket is just up the road, the bus to the Eden project goes from basically right outside the door and Charlestown is about a 20min walk away. It was perfect for our needs which was a short break in St Austell to hit up the Eden Project. Trees is a lovely and attentive host too. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area
