"OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM"

Osoba obsługująca apartament zaprowadziła nas pod inny adres (47 a nie 42) Pomimo iż wybraliśmy 'apartament' na miejscu okazało się, że to tylko pokój w mieszkaniu gdzie jest kilka takich i będziemy spać de facto z innymi ludźmi w jednym mieszkaniu dzieląc wspólną kuchnie itp. Pracownik kręcił że może anulować rezerwację jeśli booking wyśle mu taką prośbę, po czym gdy na cały pokój rozległ się dźwięk powiadomienia to udawała że nic nie ma. Właściciel podczas rozmowy telefonicznej kazał nam się zameldować do 19 albo spadać (była 18:30 a my byliśmy zmęczeni po locie) mimo, iż nie dostaliśmy apartamentu a pokoju. Booking w tej sytuacji to żart. Korzystasz z tej platformy przez lata a w momencie gdy jawnie zostaliśmy oszukani nie robi nic i staje po stronie właściciela.
