It’s was on the ground floor , Bed comfortably easy to keep clean . Near the pool

To many steps to the pool, washing machine broke after two weeks, but they did reimburse us for using the launderette which was good . Shower was nice but the pressure on the water was terrible. If you wanted a wash up it would take you 6/7 minutes to draw the water their was insects around kept spraying but we didn’t find any bodies and we had to keep a eye on very small ants keep no food out .

Easy to reach from Airport by public transport (2 bus lines). Bus stop in front of the residence. Close to footpath following the shoreline (5 minutes walking). A couple of well known supermarkets less than 20 minutes away (walking). Equipment above average. All basics are there. Good ventilation

For those very sensitive: side effect of the good ventilation - noise from outside audible at quiet period. May be noisy at busy period when all apartments around are occupied ? Poor information on Public transportation and low frequency all over the island and no possibility to acquire a pass/card to avoid pulling out change each time you get on the bus (why don't they apply the good practice of the Tenerife Island?)

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Cooking basic ingredients are provided. Possibility of self check-in. It's easy to find parking outside the building.

The place looks nice, but it's pretty run down. Curtains, sofabed, towels, and linens were stained. There's mould on the walls. The kitchen is invaded by ants (the table was full of ants when we arrived because the under plates were dirty). The bedroom curtains don't block the light coming from outside (street lights and cars included). The WiFi was not working (this was then fixed by the host). The washing machine was not working (another guest informed the property the week prior, according to a review. So did we, but the issue was not resolved). The pool was not accessible. Long, uncomfortable pillow in the double bed. Most of these issues were flagged by other guests in their reviews. It's a pity that improvements were not made.

The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, spotless clean, and the communication with the host was fantastic.
