Очень хорошее расположение. Идеальный номер, В кухне есть все, что нужно. Мегаудобная кровать и сильный фен.

Нет четкого ответа, когда просишь раньше заехать и приходится просто ждать недалеко от квартиры с вещами, но в то время, когда тебе сказали, что теоретический заезд будет возможен, ты тоже не получаешь никакой обратной связи и потом просто в 15.00 приходит код и все. Если заранее понимать, что не будет ответа, мы хотя бы вещи оставили в камере хранения и пошли гулять подальше.

Very nice and fresh apartment.

There was no bedding for the third person which is very inconvenient. No sheets, no pillowcases or blanket covers. Other than that everything was very good.

"It would have been great if the shower was not flooding and if they had sent a team to fix it."

The location and the size of the room. It also had some nice utilities like a fully equipped kitchen.

The shower drain was not draining properly which caused the bathroom to flood. From the damage in the floor this is a frequent occurrence. With the flooded bathroom we were not able to properly use it and we had to take very quick showers to avoid more flooding. We contacted the support team but they were not available to come while we were there which was disappointed. They should have a team ready to fix these type of situations.
