It is very clean and well decorated, host was very kind and friendly

The safe parking and the overall condition of the building

The bathroom smelled horribly like sewage for the whole durstion of the stay.

The property is a 40 minute walk(3kms) away from Barba Negra , where you can catch the bigest international names, if you are into music. The nearest thermal spa bath is only 10 minutes from the place, and because it is more of a suburban area of Budapest, the place is not crowed even in high season. The Danube is near, restaurants and shops are only opposite the street. There is a really good coffee machine in the kitchen that makes probably the best coffee of Hungary.

Really convenient location. Just by the Danube and adjacent parks. Good location for families and friends holidaying together. Quieter location, not in the busy city centre, with good transport links. Car parking available, so easier access for drivers to elsewhere out of Budapest and close to airport. Near by shops and restaurants with very good kitchen facilities in property, Fantastic uncrowded Spa and Pool centre in walking distance.... written by Janos' wife Erica.

Very clean and comfortable place with a fully equipped kitchen. The owners are very nice.

The hotel is very far from center. To reach the city center you need to take 3 buses/trams.
