A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Smoking on the property will incur an additional charge of GBP 150. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of GBP 100. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID before check-in. A deposit may be required at the property.
