Casa Vacanza "Ilenia" - Taormina

Parking spot is really good for the location in Taormina. The pool is amazing, nice view.

The mattress is really uncomfortable, has to be changed. The boiler was not started upon arriving and i was not informed about it, so we had to shower with cold water until i figured it out myself and noticed that the plug was not on.

Great location right next to the start of the main strip and a 10 minute walk to the funicular. Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, pool was great and the car spot very handy as well.

Not a problem but just be mindful that you have to walk up lots of stairs to get to the apartment

Very close to the centre of Taormina but very quiet and peaceful. Large apartment, with big balcony and everything we needed for a few days. Car parking.

We liked everything but be aware that there are a lot of lifts and steps to take to get to the apartment. Also, the view from the balcony is over a car park with distant sea views.

Almost everthing. Location, property, pool, basic ingredients left in kitchen for our use. Easy walk to Taormina historic centre. Coop shop close by. The really big bonus was the private parking place.

Bed was not wonderful - could do with a better mattress. No plug for kitchen sink. Two lifts and four flights of stairs to the apartment didn't bother us, but some would find it challenging - this really should have been included in the description.

The apartment is in a great location - 2 minutes' walk from Corso Umberto, the cable car to the beach is nearby and there is a small supermarket nearby as well. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony and there are some staple items in the kitchen - e.g. olive oil, pasta, tea, coffee etc. Yes, there are 2 lifts plus some stairs to get to the property from the street level, however as Taormina is built on steep hills you are always walking up or down one, therefore the lifts are convenient!

The apartment could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, particularly the kitchen area. The outlook is over a large car park however this is reflected in the photos so we knew this in advance and there is still a sea view beyond this.

Spacious apartment with balcony, decent kitchen dining area and air con. Pool is within the complex and was very quiet. Our host Ilenia was very helpful and accommodating when our bus was very late. Location is 5 mins walk from the gate to the main tourist area.

So many steps! To get to the apartment you have to go down 2 separate lifts, then down and back up several flights of stairs. Views out to sea over a large car park.

Very Clean, Very spacious, Everything You need in the Kitchen, Good size fridge, Good size bathroom with Washer inside, Huge balcony with Sea View . We had a view of most amazing sunrises with the sea view from balcony.The balcony was also very clean, has chairs, table. The apartment is very well located next to a very good grocery store and lots of restaurants . 10 minutes walking to the Famous Theatre and Downtown (Ancient Greek Theatre of Taormina). The property manager was very helpful, she was on close communication with us and did respond to our texts promptly as our plane was delayed 8 hours and we arrived to property late in the day.
