Please note that each room staying at the property are eligible for a free card for the the amusement park 'Teda Fun Valley'. Please inquire at reception upon arrival. Please note that the rooms with "Egyptians and Residents Only’ room is exclusive for Egyptians and residents only. Additional charges are applicable if a valid Egyptian ID, Egyptian passport or Egyptian residency is not presented upon check-in. For health and safety reasons, only proper swimwear is allowed, neither cutoff jeans, pants nor long costumes and dresses are allowed either in the Pool, Aqua Park or Beach. Neither food nor beverage items are allowed from outside the hotel premises. Please note, all nonrefundable reservations (room rate + all applicable taxes) will be charged on the day of booking. No exceptions will be made to modify or cancel nonrefundable reservations. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all published rates are excluding taxes. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Children & Extra bed Policy: - Max 2 children sharing parent’s rooms - Baby-Cot: Free of charge "maximum 01 per room". - Extra Bed: Extra charge "maximum 01 per room". - Extra beds& Baby-Cot are available upon request and subject to availability. - Children from 02 to 05.99 are charged for $ 05.00 per child per night. - Children from 06 to 11.99 are charged for $ 14.00 per child per night. - Up to 12 years old considered one adult. - Children are on the same meal plan as adults. When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in . A birth certificate is required for children upon check-in . Maintenance work of the aqua park will be carried out from 7/2/2026 to 28/2/2026. A deposit may be required at the property.
