Good breakfast option.

Only one room key. Drove me insane having to ask them to open the door anytime as we need to keep card in room to keep it cool. Only issue really.

Une excellente découverte ! L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement parfait, à quelques pas des plages d'Ao nang et des zones animées. La chambre est propre, tranquille et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit-déjeuner est diversifié et copieux. Un bureau d'excursions est disponible dans l'hôtel, et la personne responsable donne de précieux conseils. Le personnel, quant à lui, se distingue par son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

The hotel was in a great location for everything. Able to walk everywhere 7 Eleven at the end of the lane and excellent restaurants close by. The pool area was very well laid out. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (maybe change to finish at 10.30 a.m.).

The gym - either keep the equipment working or close altogether. Not usable - despite the hotel saying everything worked. It is very dangerous to have equipment not working properly. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Mindenki nagyon kedves, a szallas szep, nagyon jo az elhelyezkedese, minden a kozelben talalhato. A szuletesnapomon erkeztunk es az alkalmazottak tortaval leptek meg.

Last 2 days we got vegan food that we asked for 5 days.

Took the hotel staff 2 days to get a proper casket for our baby. Brown water came out from the shower and sink valves. Old towels. Power supply sockets didn’t work in any of our rooms (we had 3 rooms) except for the one that the tv connected to. Pool bed mattresses are also old and the area is full with ants. Breakfast was pretty poor and the dishes are not very clean and you can find ants and bugs on some of the food serving plates. Cocktails at the pool bar are very expensive and they don’t really know how to make it.

Clean and friendly staff.

It could be smelly.
