Les espaces piscine sont très agréables et la localisation silencieuse de l’établissement. Le personnel très attentif et rendant service. Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble.

La climatisation un peu plus vieille qui fait beaucoup de bruit, des poubelles sans sac plastique pour l’écologie, ok mais je ne trouve pas ça très hygiénique, surtout quand on sait qu’il faut mettre le papier toilette usagé dedans… l’évacuation problématique de la toilette egalement. Le manque de parasols autour de la piscine qui fait que les gens se battent pour rapidement avoir les quelques chaises longues à l’ombre en déposant leur serviette à 7h30 du matin pour ne réellement s’installer que des heures plus tard! L’hôtel devrait intervenir, ne fut ce qu’en plaçant une note ou encore en enlevant les serviettes non occupées après quelque temps. Et les cocktails sont chers, surtout quand on voit la quantité servie.

Big sized rooms , friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast , had a nightmare with the hotel we had booked and relocated to krabi la playa couldn't fault anything .
