Ana and the rest of the staff were excellent and so welcoming! The breakfast was also excellent, delivered to my doorc tasty and fresh. The property and design of the building was sensational.

The wifi is very poor connection and not reliable or consistent in both the room and shared lounge area. Sounds like they are making progress on fixing this soon. I would have stayed longer if wifi was strong

It's a beautiful special place in a nice environment and we had a warm welcome from Ana!

It was humid and in April we have been the only guests.

The apartments are in a great location on the North side of the island, making it easy to get everywhere. They're located down a side street, which made the area very serene and relaxing. The loft we stayed in was very spacious and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed spending time in the shared lounge and the delicious cakes that were made fresh daily.

This was a great start of our vacation. Apart from the buildings being special because of their history, the location & view from the hill was spectacular. Owner Bernard was so friendly to tell us about the history of the building and land, which turned out to be in his family for the last 400 years. It's located in a beautiful rural garden. My partner loves classic & vintage design, and thorough the guesthouses were hints of that. So that was also a big bonus. Would definitely book here again if we ever visit São Miguel again.
