Confusing with direction. On arrival after 5 pm was no one from admin to guide instruction of accommodation.For exmp how to use shower-that was complicated to find it out....Smell wasn't good,it seemed wasn't re winded .Was wet and water was running out from fridge,freezer.Outside in a small garden also wasn't clean.

The whole place needs a detailed clean it's was dirty and tired looking it needs painting and new furniture & furnishings the musty smell was very off putting, we did not cook or eat in there only made a cup of tea.there was mold in the bedrooms,at the front door there was days old dry seagull poo that the cleaner has obviously not seen,no pole to shut /open the bedroom window so we struggled with a broom handle.a chair in there which is used I'm assuming for dogs was filthy.before we left we wiped round with cleaning cloths lifting the microwave up there were crumbs from the previous tenant so the cleaner is not cleaning this property.the beds were very uncomfortable with the feel of springs coming through the mattress. We also hoovered and emptied our bin sprayed air fresher and left it as clean as we possibly could. As we were not there to work but to relax which we did not feel we could do even sitting on the chairs was off putting.

Sofas could do with updating they were very uncomfortable and the bed frame was to big for the room could hardly move and kept hitting our shins on wooden bed frame
