The rooms were cozy and comfortable. My children loved it.

The water in the bathroom/ shower didn't heat up throughout our stay.

It was spacious and centrally located. Had sufficient cutlery cooking untendils and glasses and the fridge kitchen and bathroom was clean.

It was completely misrepresented not only by clever use of photography, but in its glaring omissions of important elements- namely there was a mainline station(leeds) train line directly outside within 20 meters, trains came and went all day and all night , literally every minutes or two. The noise was intolerable and kept waking me. In addition, as soon as i entered the property there was a disgusting lingering smell which pervaded the entire apartment. The front door was filthy and the doormat looked diseased and years old. The furniture was a beige material and was completely stained and dirty. The so called balcony was again filthy, had a large bottle filled with hundreds of cigarettes and there was an old decrepit rusty BBQ again filled with cigarette butts. There’s was a disgusting mat and There was broken furniture piled high in the supposedly bijou balcony area. The decking was filthy and full of moss and the backyard looked onto a concerned building not twenty yards away - again completely misrepresented/not mentioned in the advert. It was like a prison block with people coming and going all night and footsteps very loud in the apartment. The fact that the bay window’s overlooked about 30 apartments meant you had no privacy meaning you had to pull these Venetian blinds which were disgustingly stained with tobacco and blood. The carpets were again, filthy, with numerous splashes and spillages throughout the apartment, just old and disgusting. The owner failed to answer telephone calls and didnt provide the wifi password. When complaints were made an email was received promising “investigation” and then nothing was heard back subsequently despite further chasing. I find BOOKING.COM negligent in allowing this travesty and i will be pursuing a full refund and if not then compensation through the small claim courts.

The link sent to fill in an arrival form and give a £250 deposit would not work on my laptop or iPad. on arrival we contacted as code given with booking did not work they would not take information over phone and just kept asking for forms to be completed which took over as hour. Hot water not on dishwasher did not work.Not informed only 50ft from busy train line

It had the most awful smell throughout the whole apartment. There’s diffusers to hide the smell but this was to hide the smell it didn’t help at all. Stain marks on the carpets and sofa.

Ideal location, right in the city centre!! Great communication with host, making check in and out super easy and efficient!

The living room smelt like someone had been smoking in the property prior to our stay. Other than that, the property was really clean!

Excellent bathroom

Blinds need replacing..mattress needs changing..smell of smoke..and the rail traffic !!!
