no tea towels a key component to cooking and cleaning. the surrounding gardens are unkempt. it smelled abit moldy.

Nothing- we didn't stay. False advertising, unkempt and dirty

Misleading- this was not luxury, not even budget accommodation. I wouldn't want this house let to anyone

No hand-wash or body wash etc.. but not a huge issue

There was no soap provided for the upstairs bathroom, so only had 2 tiny soaps and the tiniest tube of body wash for 6 people for 3 nights.

Nice house with a private garden and own driveway in a convenient location. Comfortable bed and nice new shower. Plenty of cupboards and lots of spare bedding. Spacious modern kitchen diner with adjoining sunroom. The manager responded promptly to our messages and phone calls.

This property is new to the market and needs quite a few tweaks and a lot more attention to detail to bring it up to 'luxury' standard: There was no teatowel or hand towel in the kitchen and no condiments (salt and pepper as a minimum) which one would expect in a self catering apartment. Several items in the kitchen were not cleaned to an adequate standard, including oven trays. An old frying pan also had a loose handle and should be replaced. The outside washing line was covered in vegetation so unusable, and no tumble dryer, so we had to use heaters to dry clothes. There is no towel rail and limited space to hang towels in the bathroom, as space is taken up by excess cupboards which are unlikely to be used. The patio had a bbq but was covered in weeds, so not usable. The door between the kitchen and sunroom was left locked in open position so couldn't be closed at night. There is a greenhouse filled with unsightly rubbish. The garden generally needs more regular upkeep. The front window had a large crack in it which the manager was unaware of! The property itself is behind no. 23 and accessed from Tawa Rd, contradicting the instructions given.
