Very cold house

Perfect location. Close to all amenities. We had to stay an extra night due to a family emergency.The lady Margaret was fantastic. She couldn’t do more for us and we can’t thank her enough.

Everything was fantastic, our host could not have been more accommodating, she let us in early and allowed us to stay beyond normal checkout time. The house is fabulous, very spacious, super clean, Everything we could possibly need to have a great holiday was provided. Tons of clean towels, stacks of pots and pans and kitchen utensils, three showers, beds very cosy. The estate is lovely, loads of holiday cottages, about a 15 min walk to the town and a great shop only 5 mins away. We had a fabulous holiday!

Internal Layout, parking, kitchen facilities, garden, lovely lady who looks after property who helped as much as she could.

Dirty, tired old curtains and carpets, lumpy hard beds, broken shower, mould on blinds, leaking bathroom with botched old fix, taped pictures that we took down for safety, glued cabinet handle in kitchen that kept coming off, having to remove own rubbish(!), charge for use of towels(!), €200 total EXTRA cost at end of stay for electricity and bin bag disposal at local facility and Trinity who are the agents

House was clean and comfortable, a quiet location with on site playground and reasonably close to shops and Rosslare strand

House could benefit from an upgrade on blinds curtains (blackout preferable) etc it is ridiculous that at the price there is no individual bin for each house I spent €32 going to londis to a compactor with 4 bags of rubbish and that was with only one young infant in the family 👪 group

Nice little house which had everything we needed. Not far from the beach which the kids enjoyed.

Facilities and house manager were every good. No issues there. Too many emails from Trident though with reminders on how much the holiday package costs etc. Really off putting. They should put their focus on promoting the location and the local businesses instead of sending 25+ emails reminding the holiday maker that it will cost XY and Z for extras etc.
