Location was right near the station and to the centre and coast. The flat was well laid out and well equipped. The instructions for accessing the property were very clear and easy to follow

Clean & spacious with plenty of toiletries & kitchen sundries. A short walk to the seafront. An ideal 2 night stay.

Location

Very old and dated. Dirty carpets , dirty mirrors, and windows. Just needs complete renovation. Not enough pillows. Only bath towels, no hand towels. Can't lock the front door. Otherwise, you won't get put again. Really thin walls, you can hear neighbours talking. Lots of stairs, which were not mentioned in the description.

The view and location

It smelled of smoke in the lower area and curtain rings were too small so hard to shut and open lounge curtains

Tipico alloggio inglese esteticamente grazioso e confortevole, a pochi minuti dalla stazione (ma la strada è in salita).

Rapporto qualità prezzo non eccezionale, pulizia discreta ma alquanto sporca in cucina (nel cassetto delle posate). L'alloggio si trova alla fine di una salita quindi può essere faticoso arrivare fin lì con i bagagli o la spesa. Numerose scale all'interno, alcune di queste sono ripide. Manca un deposito bagagli. Le finestre sono dure da aprire. Materassi scomodi.

Apartment is exactly as described in the listing. Communications were good before the stay which meant check in was easy. The place itself is on three levels, comfortable spacious living room, well supplied kitchen, and three nice bedrooms. Location is great and it made for a great base for our Brighton trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
