The location and the big room

Room was spacious and clean. We stayed just for a weekend and spent most of our time outside so it suited our needs perfectly as it was well located.

We didn’t know it was 3 flights of stairs. As a couple in early 30s it was ok but should definitely be advertised as very inconvenient if guests have limited mobility. Also shower didn’t drain properly, if you took slightly longer it flood up bathroom floor.

I like the cleanliness of the sheets, bedding, and overall rooms. It looked exactly like the photos online. Great location as well.

The first number I called did not work to verify check in time. I called a different number with Booking.com several days later and received great customer service and a earlier check in time.

We were in town for 5 days/4 nights and wanted to go sightseeing, so the location was perfect. It is walking distance from most attractions, a block away from the theaters, there are a lot of food options and a Whole Foods store 15 minutes walking distance. The unit was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the kitchen had most of the stuff we needed to cook. The hosts replied to our messages within 5 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

It’s more of an Air BnB not a hotel that is in the name. A quaint building great location. The basics of linens were not complete (there were 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, and 1 kitchen towel for a four night stay for two. When asked for more, especially for wash cloths, they did deliver two more of the hand towels and kitchen towels, and a wash cloth on the third morning. And more coffee pods. Over all I’d stay again!

The staff that we called were not very responsive. They promised to call back multiple times. But had to follow up.

Super clean and super affordable

Location, location, location. Easy walk to many restaurants and sights including the Academy of Music. There was a pay parking lot across the street; I reserved parking through SpotHero which was less expensive than most hotel rates for parking downtown. Easy check-in and out with door codes is so convenient. I texted once for info on the wifi and my inquiry was responded to in just a few minutes. Alas, the information was on the check-in email and I had just overlooked. We found our stay to be comfortable in central downtown Philly and of good value as well.

When we stay next we will get a two bedroom rather than one bedroom. The futon wasn't very comfy for our third guest. Lesson learned and we were very happy with our stay in any case.
