Location is great for entertainment, close to everything central so perfect for days out. Manager/Owner is a nice guy but we never asked for anything more so unsure if would be accommodated but seemed it would have been if we'd needed. Shower and toilet worked fine, all electrically sound.

No breakfast options available from what I could see, it's a tad rough but not overly, the area I mean, I wouldn't put it down as top tier family friendly. On booking.com it says it has views, well it's on about the third block away from the front on a side street and halfway down ish so yeah, a view of over the roads hotel/bnb. Parking isn't readily available, didn't drive anywhere as would've lost a spot that took me all the first night to get so ignore the parking part as if it's got a car park, it's street parking but it's free and always heaving. The rooms are big enough but a bit squashed with what furniture is in there.

The overall space was very good for the 3 of us, especially for my son to play and run about a bit. The beds were very comfortable. The couch’s were good to sit on and the size of the tv was very good

On the first night, there was a massive leak that came through the vent and lights of the bathroom, which resulted in the bathroom being flooded and trickling into the bedroom. The issue was resolved immediately, but still was quite dangerous.

Bit small for four adults, but I knew that before I booked, and can't complain at that price.
