Well located in the town centre. Confortable bed (even the sofa was very confortable). Air conditionning. Small swimming pool nice for a quick bath.

It is quite difficult to park in the street, and you need to know that the street is very narrow, your car needs to be small.

Es un alojamiento fantástico. Desde la localización, a unos pasos del centro de Olbia, hasta la atención del staff, siempre disponible. Hay una piscina que te alegra el día y nevera en el apartamento, ideal. Un balcón da aún más espacio. Importante saber que se puede aparcar gratis en la calle, aunque haya que buscar sitio y lidiar con el espacio.

Husverten var veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig. Reint og fint. Supert med to TV og Netflix . Liten fin uteplass, bassenget var kjærkommen. Nydelig kaffe på rommet.

Kjøleskapet var så lite. Putene var harde.

This is a spotlessly clean and very modern set of rooms a two-minute walk from the main drag of Olbia (Corso Umberto I, which is fun and lively in the evenings). There is a pool (think "big plunge pool") which was a godsend given the heat when we stayed, and our suite was nicely designed with a very comfortable bed, brand new smart tvs, amazingly efficient air conditioning, a modern and practical shower room, and mini fridge/tea and coffee facilities. We had three happy nights there.

We were a bit confused by the difference between an "apartment" (with kitchen facilities) and a "suite" (with hotel facilities but perhaps not much else). Our suite was lovely but perhaps a bit cramped for a family of three -- our teenage son ended up sleeping on a sofabed with his head right by the bathroom (making night-time bathroom trips a bit of a project), and there were no doors between the "bedroom" and "sofabed" areas, which was a bit of an issue for privacy. The suite would have been perfect (luxurious) for two; perhaps we should have booked the apartment. The differences between room types aren't always crystal clear on booking.com, for what it's worth.
