Modern 2-bed flat in town centre

Natalie couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless, welcoming and perfect really.

We had a great experience and our hosts were exceptional. Through some difficult times they really were exceptional in their communication and rectifying of all issues faced. Thanks so much for all your help and kind offers for the future.

Close to local amenities clean tidy with all you needed for a comfortable pleasant stay

Stairs were a slight issue… but manageable

Could not fault anything flat very clean and tidy great location no need to use car once there never met the owner as used key box

Property was clean, tidy and comfortable inside. Well decorated and everything needed for a short break was there. Landlord had even left a bottle of Prosecco.

It wasn’t explained that the property was on outskirts of town and was an ex social rented property. There was very limited street parking and the property was noisy due to thin walls and poor sound proofing. Neighbours weren’t roudy but we could hear their conversations and coughing. Property had a shared garden that wasn’t very well kept and the close was in poor condition with paint flaking off walls. I am against ex social rented properties being used in this way as short term lets as it takes stock out of the social renting pool and makes affordable housing options even more pressured for locals. I would not have stayed here had I known this.

It was a very nice apartment and full of all amenities you can think for,plenty free street parking and close to the city center, looking forward to come again 😀,

Nice welcome arrangement, with Prosecco and good information. Very clean and fresh. Very good washing facilities.
