I like that the place is comfortable and clean ! I didn't take any picture of the place. But it's the same as the picture given. Thank you, host, for being super nice even I have a bit difficulty in using the smart tv, but the host replies quickly and helps a lot. For me, everything goes smoothly. I'll definitely choose the same place if I visit Penang in the future. It also secure cause the lif area and parking area needs acess card to go in and out from the place.

This is not about the room/house but just the car parking. It is quite challenging to go up and down. But the place is secure and use only card to in and out.

Easy check in. Nice hot/cold and powerfull showers. Plenty of shampoo and bath soaps. Good water presure on all sinks and showers. Working Standard tv/netflix/wifi service. Nice swimming pool and gym at level 9. Clean/privacy/safe apartment/lift areas.

Long way climb to parking but fast driving in tight corners all the way up. House floor tiles pealing and sticky near sinks areas and bathrooms. Dry area at back dirty with cigarate buts/mold unpleasent view and smell, uncleaned/unserviced aircond compressors and room airconds dusty. Toilet sucktion fan gives out nasty smell when turned on although its sucking air out. Lots of visible stains on bed covers and curtains. No water dispenser/coway. Inadequate cloth hanger behind doors/rooms. No key card system for house power. Have to switch off everything manually each time going out. Microvave looks dirty and old.

The location isn’t perfect, but there were enough options for eating on the street/restaurant. Easy to get a Grab taxi and reach all the attractions in minutes. The apartment was clean and the check in procedure simple. The pool itself was nice but the placement at the bottom, surrounded only by rather ugly high buildings is not.

The apartment is very tired, with dated and used equipment and furniture. The walls have stains. It desperately needs an upgrade. There are no european and usb outlets. The windows and doors provide virtually no isolation. Overal, not a place where you want spend time, but ok for a night or two if you spend your day outside.

location & facility

Parking spot.. The parking spot are okay unfortunately the path to the parking spot are too narrow for big car and you also need to climb up to 5th or 6th floors.

The apartment is situated in a very nice building, with a nice pool for the kids. The kids enjoyed it. The apartment is at floor 17. Great to have a washing machine and drier, they come in handy. The location is great, super close to Sunshine supermarket, close to Indian restaurants or famous Penang street restaurants. There was also a very cool buffet-style Chinese restaurant where we loved going, 10 minutes away from the accommodation. The apartment had everything they advertised, one separate bedroom for us, the parents, one couch in the living room for one kid and one mattress on the floor for another kid. And a super small bedroom with an individual bed, but we never used that one. The couch was terrible, but used for a kid that has 30 kilos, let's say it works. We had some special requests to the staff for leaving early and they have been super supportive of our decision. In fact, they have been amazing, especially since we wanted to leave one night earlier and this was not to their advantage. So in this regard, we truly recommend them for their flexibility. They have been amazing in accommodating us and responding to our needs.

The photos on booking.com are super clean, in reality, almost all the walls in this apartment were dirty. Just dirty. In the living room, in the bedroom. On the hallway. The bathroom had the ceiling paint peeling. It was a feeling of disappointment, like expecting something and receiving something else. It was such a pity because a fresh coat of paint would solve this problem, it is nothing expensive, it only takes one day to complete and voila, you have a nice apartment, with clean walls. I do hope that they will paint the walls. The towels' material was of bad quality. I asked for another type of towels and they provided real towels. They are very good at meeting your needs and they reply promptly. So in terms of customer service, they are really amazing!
