I did not meet anybody from the host company in person, but received online replies to any questions very quickly and in a friendly and helpful manner from various persons. The flat is in an excellent location, 5 minutes on foot from Batthyany square with great access to public transport, as well as, on foot, to the banks of the Danube and the Castle District, with supermarkets and a range of restaurants nearby and a big shopping centre (Mamut) maybe 10 minutes or so away on foot. Very nice brunch café as well as a bakery in the same building and another great brunch café nearby. The flat is nicely decorated, spacious main/bed room, very comfortable bed, good bathroom, small but serviceable kitchen area. Definitely a flat I can recommend and where I would stay again.
