Quiet calm neighbourhood. There was a loud party in the house nearby but that was Saturday...

We registered two persons, the room was prepared for one - with one towel and bed clothes for one person. The answer from the host came several hours promising to bring the stuff next morning, when we were leaving already the next morning. NB: this is not an apartment, this is a room (not even a studio) with poor sound isolation and not cozy at all! No spicery in the kitchen. The bed is too soft. The promised terrace is around the corner behind other apartments.

Extremely very well located, you're in the centre in like 5 mins. Bed was comfortable and you have everything you need to cook basic food during your stay. Very quiet area. Heating works super well so you won't be cold in winter. Overall it's good.

If I'm being perfectionist,there are little details which bothered me: - the light button was constantly falling and needed to be put back to be turned on and off. - clean overall but dust on shelves, crumb near the bed when I arrived, piece of marmelade in the drawer from previous tenants, stains on the floor, dried blood on one of the duvet, black dirt in the bottom of the glass in the bathroom+ little hair stuck on the wall, towel in the kitchen smelt and so Def not clean. - handle half broken or at least not firmly attached to the door. - key was not in the lockbox when I arrived and could not reach the landlord by phone. I was as well unable to put it back in for check out as well as apparently the code was changed so when I tried to open it ,it could not. These are easy fixes.

the bed was very nice and you can watch Netflix from it. Also the place is really clean and easy to find. Daniël respond quickly to your questions and is very helpful and kind.

There is no free parking. You have to park in a garage and its very expensive! (€22 per day). I also missed to having coffee in the morning. There is no coffeemachine or coffee in the apartment so you have to bring your own
