The room we stayed in was very clean and had very nice decor, nice and spacious. Although we didn't see much television, there were plenty of channels, including Netflix, on offer, which was a nice touch.

The building it is in needs sprucing up a bit, which you can see is an ongoing project.

Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Secure car park over the road. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. The beds were really comfy and the shower was great if a tad hot! We both slept really well. Loved that the kitchen had a air fryer! ☺️ The host was super communicative and answered all our questions quickly.

The building that the apartment is in is a little difficult to navigate so make sure you watch the video sent by the host. We do like to cook when we go away so a few additional cooking bits and pieces would have been appreciated, e.g mixing bowl, can opener and bottle opener. The induction hob was a bit tricky to use.

The property is very clean and well looked after. There's security cameras everywhere in the building right to the front door so you feel safe. The property's land lord is constantly communicating with guests and made sure to explain everything properly right from locating the keys throughout our stay. Games for kids were provided and a little welcome warm gesture with chocolates and card to make us feel welcomed, which was sweet and thoughtful. Communication was excellent 👌 The property owner is never far to answering your questions. There's a video to locate the key on top of instructions in written.

The building isn't well maintained however it's got nothing to do with the property's landlord, the owner of this property keeps the property clean but the building management don't keep the building clean. So you only feel the comfort when you enter the property although the landlord said building management is working on it.

The best host and the best apartment! So clean and the host was available to me at any point. Would definitely recommend!

Hotwater wasavailable in the morning

I had the misfortune of staying at this atrocious hotel and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The rules and regulations they have in place are absolutely absurd - who in their right mind requires guests to sit down to use the toilet?! It's like they want to control every aspect of your bodily functions. To make matters worse, they couldn't even get the basics right. I had to wait for hours to get my bedding and when it finally arrived, it looked like it had been used by a dozen other guests before me. And don't even get me started on the keys - they were never given to me on time, leaving me stranded outside my own room multiple times. The hallways were a disgrace - dirty, smelly, and unkempt. It was like walking through a haunted house, but instead of ghosts, there were mysterious odors lurking around every corner. I couldn't wait to get out of there and never look back. Overall, this hotel is a complete disaster and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to run in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache and find a place that actually values cleanliness, comfort, and basic human decency.
